How long does the tour last? How can we pay for our tour? We are a party of two, can we still go to Gilroy or Vacaville? What is your cancellation policy? What happens is I leave an item on the vehicle? Is Outlet Hop fully licensed and insured? Do you pickup from my hotel? Also, do you offer return service to my hotel? Do you offer lunch on your tour? We are interested in shopping for children. Which outlets have stores for children? How long does the tour last? It depends on the tour and traffic. To get an idea, we typically leave around 9:30-10am for our Sipping and Shopping Hop and return around 4pm. Back to Top How can we pay for our tour? Your party can pay via cash, traveler's checks, or credit card. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Back to Top We are a party of two, can we still go to Gilroy or Vacaville? We have a minimum of six people or more for our Gilroy or Vacaville Outlet Hop. However, we do take smaller parties on a private charter basis. Our suggestion is to let us know the date that your party has in mind, and we can sometimes combine smaller parties to meet the minimum. Back to Top What is your cancellation policy? We have a 72 hour cancellation policy. After 72 hours, all reservations are final, and there are no cancellations/refunds. Outlet Hop is not responsible for any delays, change of schedule or cancellations resultin, directly or indirectly, from public enemies, authority of law, quarantine, perils of navigation, riots, strikes, the hazards or dangers incident to a state of war, accidents, breakdowns, road conditions, weather conditions and other conditions beyond Outlet Hop's control. Yes, Outlet Hop offers door-to-door service. All tours include hotel pick-up and return. Please be sure to mention what hotel you plan to stay at in your e-mail request for information. Gilroy and Vacaville Premium Outlets have several restaurant selections within walking distance of the outlets.
